Top Gen Roofing performed a comprehensive roof replacement on the main house using Atlas Pinnacle architectural shingles. The scope included full roof tear-off, replacement of 15 sheets of rotted 7/16″ OSB decking, new white 1.5” drip edge, Ice-N-Water shield, synthetic underlayment, HP42 starter shingles, True Ridge vent, ridge caps, and flashing. The project also included a flat roof rebuild with a Mule-Hide SBS peel-and-stick cap sheet system, fascia repair on the left side and front porch, vent installation, and removal of an old skylight. All job-related debris was removed upon completion, and warranties were provided on materials and labor.
This project involved a mix of roofing styles—pitched and low-slope—as well as aging fascia and decking. Several structural elements had deteriorated beyond safe use, including 15 sheets of roof decking and portions of fascia. The complexity of multiple service components increased the need for precise coordination and communication with the client to manage changes and maintain a smooth timeline.
Top Gen Roofing executed a tailored approach combining high-performance Atlas products for the shingle roof and a Mule-Hide SBS system for the flat rear section. All damaged decking was replaced, and custom fascia repairs were completed using pre-bent aluminum wraps. We ensured proper venting with the True Ridge system and added a new roof vent while removing an outdated skylight. Clear approvals were obtained for fascia modifications, and all work was completed with full site cleanup. The client now enjoys a fully restored roofing system, upgraded aesthetics, and durable protection.
