Top Gen Roofing replaced the main house shingle roof using premium Atlas Pinnacle architectural shingles. The project included the removal of existing roofing materials down to the decking, installation of 8 sheets of 7/16″ OSB to replace rotted decking, a new white 1.5″ drip edge, Ice-N-Water shield, synthetic underlayment, ridge vent, starter shingles, ridge caps, and flashing. Manufacturer and workmanship warranties were included.
