Top Gen Roofing removed all existing roofing materials and installed 24 sheets of plywood over the plank deck to create a solid foundation. A Polyglass SA-SBS peel-and-stick roofing system was applied for superior water resistance and longevity. The chimney was reflashed, and 33 feet of pressure-treated fascia board were installed for added structural and aesthetic improvement. The result was a watertight, low-maintenance garage roof built to withstand Troy’s changing seasons.
